The institute is pleased to announce that Michael Stone will be the lead facilitator in their 2024 semester and that he will once again be joined by breathwork experts and esteemed coaches like Glenn Girlando and Saemi Nakamura. Between these three core teachers, they have over 40 years of breathwork experience and have led over 1,000 NeuroDynamic Breathwork™ sessions.

Although NeuroDynamic Breathwork™ is a non-directive modality, which has been designed to help breathers tap into their own inner guiding force, NeuroDynamic Institute’s teaching program is carefully structured and represents years of teaching and learning experience and refinement.

Over the course of 350 hours, principally centered upon live instruction sessions with Stone and his team, participants will commence by studying the foundations of breathwork before they move onto key facilitation skills and learning how to lead breathwork workshops.

This includes learning how to set up a welcoming physical space and create a safe emotional space for breathers. Participants will also learn how to support breathers in an empowering way as they work through difficult feelings and experiences and how to help them come to a sense of closure at the close of a session.

The program also integrates teachings on the practical skills of running a breathwork business and of being a professional breathwork teacher.
