Rigorous Standard Training: In addition to the new skills being offered, BOSS has always maintained a top tier standard for training of their overseas team. All of BOSS’ accountants are trained via a one-month induction program plus six months of on-the-job training to keep up to speed on current Australian and New Zealand accounting laws and practices.

BOSS’ outsourced accountants are also always keeping abreast with changes to Australian and New Zealand task laws with constant referrals to the CCH tax library.

Managing Director Access: Every BOSS accountant has an additional weapon in their arsenal – Managing Director Naveen Gowda. With Naveen aboard, every one of BOSS’ overseas team members can tap the 10+ years’ experience that he has in key account management, client management, and service delivery for international companies.

Additionally, BOSS boasts four key staff members who aced their Australian Corporations Law and Taxation exams.
